Notes

Recipe Variations: Customize this shrimp bowl recipe with other flavors, toppings or sides of your choice.

  • Add Red Pepper Flakes for even more kick.
  • Add canned Black Beans to the bowl for a fiber and protein boost.
  • Top with Sriracha Mayo or Chipotle Sauce for a creamy and spicier kick.
  • Want more veggies? Mix in a simple Corn Salad for extra sweetness and color.
  • Top with chopped Green Onions or even Sauteed Bell Peppers if you like an extra crunch.

    Storage suggestions:
Store any remaining shrimp, salad, or rice in separate Airtight Containers to keep everything fresh. The shrimp can last up to 3 days in the fridge, while the peach avocado salad is best eaten within a day to keep the avocado from browning.
