1cupApple Cider - see notes
1cupPineapple Juice - see notes
1/2cupBrandy
1/4cupTriple Sec or Grand Marnier
1/4cupPeach Schnaps
1CupGinger Ale - see notes
1Sliced Orange
1sliced Apple
Garnishoptional - Cinnamon Sticks, Sprig of fresh rosemary, pomegranate seeds.
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the fruit: Slice the orange and apple into thin slices or small pieces, depending on your preference. Add the sliced fruit to a large pitcher or punch bowl.
Step 2: Add the liquids: Pour the apple cider, pineapple juice, brandy, orange liqueur, and peach schnapps into the pitcher. Stir everything together gently with a wooden spoon to combine. Pour in the wine. And give it another whirl.
Step 3: Let it rest: Cover the pitcher and refrigerate. You can leave it in the refrigerator for a good 2-4 hours. This gives the flavors enough time to meld together, creating a more flavorful sangria.
Step 4: Add the sparkling ingredient: Pour in the ginger ale or your preferred bubbles just before serving.
Step 5: Serve and garnish: Fill glasses with ice and pour the sangria. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary, pomegranate seeds, cinnamon sticks, or any additional fruit for a festive touch. Cheers!

Notes
WINE SUGGESTIONS: Choosing the best wine for your sangria is about personal preference and the flavors you want to highlight. We used pinot grigio for this recipe, but you can adapt this recipe to suit your taste or what you have on hand.
Whites: Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc (our favorites) are excellent options for a light and crisp white sangria. A Dry Riesling also adds a hint of natural sweetness without being too sugary.
Reds: Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon, work fantastic. But choose the type you typically enjoy drinking alone.
Sparkling: For a festive sparkle, add sparkling wine for a bubbly twist. We love
Prosecco or any dry sparkling white pairs nicely with this recipe.
Rosé: For a lighter twist, you could consider a rosé wine, it adds a pleasing blush color and fruity undertones.
JUICES: Mix and match your favorite or seasonal juices: Apple juice is a suitable substitute for apple cider. Orange juice can be used instead of Pinneaple. White grape juice works nicely too.
GINGER ALE: We prefer this for it's milder flavor. We tested Ginger Beer in this recipe, and it imparted an overpowering flavor. But feel free to use it if you are a fan of ginger beer.
