โค๏ธWhy you will love this Shrimp Bowl Recipe

    • HEALTHY DINNER - Loaded with healthy tender shrimp, rice, and a quick and zesty Peach Avocado Salad that turns plain rice into a complete, satisfying meal.  Youโ€™ll love how the Peaches, cream avocado, and tender shrimp pair so well, creating a fantastic and healthy Easy Weeknight Meal.
    • PERFECT FOR MEAL PREP - Whether planning for the week or looking for an easy dinner idea, this succulent shrimp bowl with fresh veggies has you covered. Made with common pantry ingredients, itโ€™s one of those great recipes for nutritious meals that are easy to love.
Another fantastic meal prep option is this flavorful Latin Chicken and Rice recipe, which combines tender chicken and seasoned rice for a satisfying dish that reheats beautifully.
    • EASY TO PAIR - Use leftover rice (Jasmine rice is a great option) or swap for Brown Rice and even Cauliflower rice for a lower-carb option.

This was inspired by my other weeknight recipe of Picadillo (Spiced Ground Beef) on this site, and pairs well with this refreshing Passion Fruit Tiramisu.

    ๐Ÿฝ Equipment

To make this easy shrimp bowl, you only need a few basics. Large skillet for cooking the shrimp. Small bowl to mix the shrimp with the seasonings, and a Medium Bowl to toss together the peach and avocado salad ingredients

    ๐Ÿ“Ingredients and Substitutions

    ๐Ÿฆ Shrimp Ingredients

These are the key ingredients I use for my best seasoning for shrimp bowl recipes that never fail to provide the best balance of flavors.

    • Large shrimp (peeled and deveined) - I like using large shrimp because it's faster to peel and cook. But use any size as long as it is uncooked shrimp.
    • Smoked Paprika - Adds a savory and smoky flavor.
    • Spices - Cumin for a Latin spice touch, Garlic Powder, Oregano, and Cayenne Pepper for that extra spice kick
    • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
    • Extra Virgin Olive Oil or your preferred cooking oil
    • Honey - to finish it with a touch of sweetness. Maple Syrup is a suitanle substitute.
